CIPP Resins

At RSM Lining Supplies, we offer a a full range of resins for any application across Australia and New Zealand.
Our resins can be cured with ambient, hot water, steam, and UV systems.

SILICATE RESINS

Silicate resin is an advanced solution for short-length lining and point repairs. RSM Lining Supplies is proud to partner with Trelleborg and supply epros® silicate for key infrastructure projects, and RSM silicate for versatile applications.

Silicate resin is primarily used for short-length lining and point repair applications. It provides a robust, leak-tight alternative to ambient cure polyester resins.

Fully styrene-free formulation with excellent mechanical properties, zero shrinkage for a precise fit, and resistance to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures.

Characteristics

  • Winter Silicate: Designed for colder temperatures with extended pot life.
  • Summer Silicate: Optimised for warmer conditions.
  • Fast Cure Silicate: Rapid curing for quick installations.
  • Slow Cure Silicate: Provides extended working time for complex applications.

EPOXY RESINS

RSM Lining Supplies has developed the two leading epoxy resins for domestic applications in Australia and New Zealand.

Supergreen and Blue Magic will suit any pipe relining project you have in mind

Epoxy resin is a styrene-free alternative to polyester systems, offering enhanced chemical resistance and structural strength. It is ideal for applications requiring a leak-tight finish.
Excellent adhesion to host pipes, zero shrinkage during curing, high chemical and heat resistance, and suitability for both factory and on-site impregnation.

Characteristics

  • Supergreen 9204 Warm Cure: Available in 15, 30, 60, and 90 minute working times.
  • Blue Magic 9052: Ambient curing resin with incredible leak tight results.
  • Epoxy Hot LT Resin: CP655 tested for leak-tight finish.
  • HC120 Epoxy: Trelleborg resin for the ultimate balance of working and curing times.

UV LED RESIN

RSM Lining Supplies was the first to bring UV LED Resin to the continent and now supplies the most commonly UV cured resin in Australia.

Styrene and Vinylester free, this resin boasts excellent mechanical and structural charateristics for UV LED curing systems.

Our UV LED resin is cured every day across the world, due to its ease of use and exceptional characteristics.
Supplied as a one component resin, meaning no mixing required – just wet out and install. Customers in Australia can benefit from our factory wet out service, so you can focus on relining!

Characteristics

  • UV LED curing system compatible across every system available in the market.
  • Warehouse or onsite impregnation options available on request.
  • Exceptional structural and mechanical properties for every installation type.
  • No use of styrene or vinylester for a safer, PR friendly project.

Frequently asked questions & answers

We offer Silicate, Epoxy, UV, Spraypoxy, and hybrid systems, so you can match resin performance and cure behaviour to the pipe service and installation method.

In practice we look at pipe diameter, host material, what’s in the flow, cure method and required design life, then recommend a resin that hits the mechanical and chemical resistance targets without over‑complicating mixing or handling.

Yes, we partner with leading silicate suppliers such as Trelleborg’s Epros and RSM silicate systems for short‑length linings and sectional repairs.

Our resins are selected and tested to work with our liner and calibration hose range, so you’re not guessing about wet‑out, cure or bond every time you start a mix.
